Production Equipment Contractual Agreement

In requesting equipment or laboratory access for a period of time, I assume full responsibility for damages to or loss of the equipment I borrow. I agree to assume the full cost of repairs or replacement of equipment under my supervision.

When picking up a loan, it is the borrowers duty to inspect my order for completeness, and to inspect all items for damage and proper operation. I will plan my pickups to have enough time to perform this inspection.

Due to limitations on the amount of equipment available, I will return loans on time. I understand that failure to do so may negatively impact the other students in the department. Late returns will affect my ability to borrow in the future and/or be subject to being charged the full replacement cost.
